(aka Tafarnwr's Oceanside Harlequin)

Some definitions:

Harlequin (my real name): 1) Comic character; 2) Ludicrous figure; 3) A buffoon (see pictures below!)
Corgi: The name "Corgi" comes from two words in Welsh; "Cor" for dwarf (or perhaps "cur" for working dog) and "gi" (with a hard "G" sound) for dog.
Cardigan Welsh Corgi: a Welsh corgi with rounded ears, slightly bowed forelegs, and long tail -- called also Cardigan.
The Cardigan welsh corgi is a cattle herding dog of Cardiganshire, Wales. The coat is medium length. soft and dense. The colors can be red, sable, brindle, black and tan, blue merle, and white. The blue merles can have either blue, brown or one of each color eyes. The Cardigan corgi has a long brushy tail.
Cardigan Welsh Corgis ("the Corgi WITH a tail") are one of the oldest known breeds. They are believed to have been in existence in Wales for over 3,000 years, and were first imported to the United States in 1931. Cardigans make a delightful companion and working farm, show, or performance dog.

NOTE: I am NOT a "small dog"! I weight 32 pounds and am actually a medium-sized dog (albeit with very short legs).
