Lead author of Informix Handbook. The book is a 1400 page book for Informix Press. The book was a huge project, but I think it came out really well. It's a comprehensive reference for any Informix user, DBA, or developer. The Web site not only provides current information about the book but is a portal for the Informix community. Check it out at

President of One Point Solutions. One Point is a company that focuses on Informix and Web/database solutions. Check us out at

President and co-founder of the Michigan Informix User Group. I've been very proud of this group as it has grown quite a bit since I helped start it in about 1994. The group is very connected.  We post up to-the-minute info to I'm also on the Board of Directors for the International Informix Users Group.

Author of three chapters for the Informix Unleashed!. This book was published by SAMs publishing in 1997.  It was quite enjoyable but grueling (nothing like the herculian task of writing Informix Hnadbook, but it was a good start).

Who Am I?
